2002, Beijing Dinghan Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a technology leading
company mainly engaged in R&D, supply, sale and maintenance of various
high-end electrical equipment and smart solutions of rail transit industry. In
2009, Dinghan was listed on Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming one of the first
companies listed on Growth Enterprise Market (Stock Code: 300011). At present,
Dinghan has set up Chinese R&D headquarters located in Guangzhou, and overseas
R&D center in Kassel of Germany, with the deployment of marketing and
service platforms distributed in over 50 cities and Germany, France and other
places. The company’s application performance covers all rail transit lines in
China and distributes more than 30 other countries and regions. Total number of
employees is over 1,900.

portfolio can be categorized into three solutions, which are "ground
electrical equipment solution", "rolling stock electrical equipment
solution", and "smart solution", covering more than 30 products
and system solutions such as signal intelligent power supply, light-weight
medium/high frequency auxiliary power supply, intelligent green environmental rolling
stock HVAC, intelligent detection, platform screen doors, special cables, UPS for
rail transit and smart station, leading the industry in multiple market
